Hey foodies !! Jessie is here from Food Adventures to share her favorite fall “go to ” smoothie.
This one is an anti-inflammatory and is easy to put together !
It is called the
“PUMPKIN PIE GREEN SMOOTHIE”
1 cup organic pumpkin puree
3 Medjool dates
1 tablespoon organic almond butter
2 tablespoons organic hemp hearts
1 teaspoon organic pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup filtered water
2 tablespoons organic chopped pecans or walnuts
1 cup organic spinach
1 cup ice
Always blend your ice, greens,and liquid FIRST…. then add other ingredients.
