Women’s Empowerment Yoga

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until August 31, 2020
This is a slow flowing movement class in which we explore yogic:
asana (body postures)
pranayama (breath control)
meditation (mind awareness)
The intention of this exploration is to:
orient the body
slow and deepen the breath
nourish the soul
Regular practice has been known to foster an internal sense of safety, personal agency, and choice in cultivating the capacity for self-awareness and self-regulation.
This practice is offered in a way that is accessible to most. Modifications are offered for various levels of experience from beginner to experienced.
This is a safe space for ALL (cis and trans) WOMEN.
We heal faster and stronger together.
Limited to 15 participants to observe Public Health Policy during a pandemic.
