Wine Dinner

Ready to start your new culinary journey of the decade?

Join us for our January Wine Tasting!

We’ll be enjoying five courses paired expertly with five wines for a lovely winter wine and food experience guided by Chef Margot herself!

Course 1: Routestock Route 29 Sauvignon Blanc paired with warm grilled asparagus, topped with Hollandaise sauce, bacon, toasted almonds and a poached egg.

Course 2: Vina Cobos Felino Chardonnay served with a seared Cod filet in spinach and pear puree, topped with a lemon butter sauce.

Course 3: Marietta Cellars, Single Estate Angeli Ranch Zinfandel to enjoy with roasted pork belly tacos, prune and guajillo salsa, and watercress and black garlic aioli.

Course 4: Arena Cabernet Sauvignon and a grilled beef tenderloin skewer with bleu cheese and pea risotto and glazed baby carrots.

Course 5: Ferrari-Carano Siena and a Peruvian classic! Suspiro Limeno, a silky smooth dulce de leche custard with a port cream and topped with sprinkled cinnamon.
