Sushi is beloved world wide. Chef Da’Ves Malone has a love for sushi and has been teaching basic sushi for 7 years. You’ll master homemade Miso Soup, different techniques of Nori Rolling, how to make Sushi Rice. At the end she will serve White Chocolate Coconut Matcha Tapioca Pudding.

Maki (seaweed-wrapped variety)
Uramaki (rice on the outside)
Temaki (sushi hand-rolled into a cone shape)
