Course 1: Clos du Val Chardonnay paired with roasted butternut squash & whole wheat Israelian cous cous salad served with toasted pecans, watercress, goat cheese crumbles.
Course 2: Santa Julia Red Blend with sautéed foie gras sausage on a bed of soubise puree & sauterne butter.
Course 3: Altos Las Hormigas Malbec paired with seared Maple Leaf Farm duck breast medallions, Andean berries sauce, mascarpone and mint creamy polenta.
Course 4: “CS” Substance Charles Smith Cabernet Sauvignon paired with autumn dry rub roasted pork shoulder, black carob tree and cinnamon sauce with sautéed purple cabbage and mashed potatoes.
Course 5: Tenshen Red Blend paired with caramelized beet crème brulee.
