Pump And Grind Burlesque Fitness

Get your sexy sweat on! Pump and Grind was developed to combine classic burlesque movements and music with exercises that TRULY pack a punch! In this condensed version, we’ll be concentrating on toning and building muscle. All you’ll need is a yoga mat (or carpet is fine), and a light set of weights (or 2 bottles of wine?). You’ll need to be able to access the Zoom app (available for free in your app store) on Monday, April 13th from 6-6:30 pm EDT.
