Plant Milks and Fermentation Class

“I Cannot Give Up Dairy!!!”

Have you heard this before or opps even said it yourself?

When people first become vegan the last thing they give you is usually cheese or dairy. Chef Da’Ves Malone of Sprouting Dreams will be providing a workshop where attendees will learn how to create 100% Plant-based milks, cheeses, cultures, and butters using non-animal milk ingredients. Come satisfy any cravings by introducing food with less sodium and saturated fat! Come out and learn how there is nothing your tastebuds will be missing with Plant-based cooking.

Class ends with:
Pumpkin Spiced Hot Chocolate
Melty Mac and Cheese
Roasted Eggplant Caprese Tower
And prepared vegan cheeses to share.

This class will contain nuts in all recipes. Gluten free options only available upon request.

Ages 16 and up.

Registration ends January 15th at 12pm.
must have 6 registered students in order to run class.
