Facebook Live: Mindfulness Meditation
For many people, COVID-19 has brought stress and uncertainty. We’d like to offer this program to help a bit with managing stress and anxiety.
This weekly half-hour program will include some education about mindfulness meditation and some practice, so you can start this new healthful habit.
Anyone is welcome to participate. We’ll start on Wednesday, April 8 and go through Wednesday May 6. If the Ohio Shelter in Place Order is extended, we’ll extend this too.
