Enjoy an educational tasting of the pinnacle of blend Scotch Whisky. The Johnnie Walker line presented by Justin Simmons from the DIAGEO hospitality partnership paired with 4 courses prepared by Chef Margot Blondet.

Welcome Cocktail: Penicillin made with RED LABEL, honey ginger syrup and fresh lemon.
RED LABEL paired with pecan encrusted Ed Hill Farms chicken strips, buttermilk waffle and Scotch Whisky syrup.
BLACK LABEL served with roasted pork belly in a green gooseberry and orange glacé with sweet potato purée and pickled butternut squash.
BLUE LABEL to enjoy with Andean pink salt & smoked pepper grilled skirt steak and roasted fingerling potatoes.
DOUBLE BLACK LABEL and Crème Brûlée.
