Join us in welcoming Jeannette Werle, an accomplished pastry chef, former bakery owner, and author of her first book, Why Not Desserts? Artisan Baking. Learn how to make a delightful assortment of pastries just in time for the holidays.
Jeannette will demonstrate the technique for making Russian Tea Biscuits – flaky little biscuits with a sweet Poppy Seed Filling. For one of her bakery’s best-sellers, Ambrosia Croissants, she’ll use DLM’s buttery croissants as vessels to fill with a Belgian Chocolate, Coconut, Fresh Bananas, and Jamaican Rum Filling. And for a perfect addition to Christmas morning breakfast; a delicious Raspberry Bakewell Coffee Cake, which just happens to be gluten free.
Sparkling wine and a savory appetizer plate will be served in this class.
