Relax, Unwind and Destress. This five-week guided meditation course taught by Uma Mullapudi will help deepen your practice and understanding of the Heartfulness meditation. Week 1 which starts in Feb 17 is an introduction to the course. Participants should wear comfortable clothing. No experience necessary and all abilities are welcome. The course is free, but registration is required to ensure adequate space.
