They’ll share their refined but relatable cooking style. These two talented chefs are passionate about sharing their knowledge of using the best ingredients for amazing results. Join us for this modern take on one of our favorite meal duos. Chicken Posole (White Hominy, Cabbage and Lime), Roasted Mushroom Soup with Thyme and Crème Fraîche, Turkey & Gruyere Panini with Roasted Pear Mostarda and Watercress, Chicken Salad Sandwich with Tarragon Aioli, Golden Raisins, Shallots, and Almonds, and Casey’s Superfood Sandwich; (12 Grain Bread, Sprouts, Cucumber, greens, Avocado, and Tomato Relish). This Menu will be paired with wine.
