Father’s Day Bourbon, Steak & Lobster Night

We’re going to be honest… this is NOT your average Father’s Day cookout! 🥃

Treat Dad to a Sunday of specialty bourbon, succulent lobster, and steak!

We’ll start with a cocktail hour before featuring three rare bourbons from Willett Distillery and Elijah Craig paired with each course.

5:00- 5:30: Enjoy a welcome cocktail with the Bourbon of your choice.

Course 1: 8oz grilled Canadian Lobster tail with a passion fruit & Aji amarillo brown butter, avocado salsa and crispy wonton Napoleon.

Course 2: 14 oz grilled Ribeye in pink Peruvian Andean salt and smoked pepper, served with cheese ravioli in a truffle sauce.

Course 3: Chocolate Semifreddo. Creamy chocolate dome covered with Belgian dark chocolate crust, served with orange ice cream.
