Cooking Together with Chef Amanda Haubrock

Chef Amanda has been with Cargill Culinary for over 10 years. Her team of ten chefs are continuously developing products that give consumers just what they’re seeking, advancing nutrition, food safety and sustainability. Prior to Cargill she assisted with recipe validation for America’s Test Kitchen in Boston, tested recipes for the 44th Pillsbury Bake-Off Contest, and even created recipes for Nestle Tollhouse. Yum!
When not in the kitchen, Chef Amanda enjoys baking, reading, volunteering, photography, traveling, running, and of course eating! Ronald McDonald House Charities holds a special place in her heart as her Missouri-based cousin stayed at the Columbus, Ohio House before and after delivering her son who required immediate heart surgery.

The meal costs $80 per person or 150/couple and includes: All ingredients for a three-course meal for two (2), one (1) bottle of wine to enjoy with dinner, two (2) batched cocktails to enjoy while making dinner.
You can also order a demonstration ticket only- no food or drinks provided, ideal for participants not located in the Dayton Area. Includes: Access to virtual cooking demonstration, Zoom link to cooking tutorial, recipes and ingredient lists for $30.
