Enjoy this month’s wine dinner with Chef Margot here or at home via Facebook live!
Dine with us at your own socially distanced tables featuring our new glass spacers. Chef Margot is serving up five courses each paired with a wine of her choice.
Course 1: Cline Sauvignon Blanc paired with fried fish, octopus, and shrimp, topped with a spicy pineapple salsa.
Course 2: Cava Juve y Camps Brut Rose served with roasted pork belly with a port wine and raisin sauce, sauteed purple cabbage and yucca puree.
Course 3: Tascante Ghiaia Nera Rosso to enjoy with mushroom ravioli and a Morel mushroom sauce.
Course 4: Postmark Cabernet Sauvignon and braised New Zealand lamb shank served with Parmesan and saffron risotto and roasted carrots, topped with red onion Peruvian relish.
Course 5: Tropical Passion Fruit Moscato and a white chocolate and Passion Fruit cheesecake.
