Celebrate the arts at the 15th annual Art at the Trace, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 1 at the Golf Club at Yankee Trace. The Centerville Arts Commission organizes the event to feature hundreds of works of fine art including photography, painting, sculpture and jewelry.
Tickets are $20 at the door. Advanced tickets can be purchased for $15 at the Centerville Municipal Building, the Golf Shop at Yankee Trace and Dorothy Lane Market in Washington Square.
Ticket holders will be entered into a raffle to win artwork donated by several of the artists.
This year’s featured artist is woodworker Wayne Baise, who is the January 2020 exhibitor at the Centerville Art Gallery at the Centerville Police Department.
For the first time, We Care Arts will also have work on display at Art at the Trace. The group is guided by the vision that art can complement medical therapies. We Care Arts believes in “the healing power of creating and producing art that transforms physical, developmental, and mental challenges into a future rich with possibilities.”
