Adult Master Chef Lessons

January 7, 2020 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm


We encourage both beginners and hope to challenge those more familiar with cooking! There are only 8 stations ensuring full attention from our CIA-trained Chef, Joe Fish. This is a fun, but challenging class and usually runs about 2.5 hours. You are always able to leave when you need to, but sometimes the fun and discussion continues past 2.5 hours.

If you choose to complete all 16-classes of this course, you will be able to navigate your way through any recipe and feel confident in the kitchen. Upon completion you will receive your Certificate and your White Chef Jacket!

This course is sold in blocks of 4-classes. We encourage beginners to always start with the first block. You can enter in to the program at the beginning of any block if there is room. Jan 7 or 8 Registering for Block 1
Feb 11 or 12 Registering for Block 2
Mar 17 or 18 Registering for Block 3
Apr. 21 or 22 Registering for Block 4
Graduation on week 4 of Block 4

Bring a bottle of wine if you like!

The Master Chef Certificate is intended for in depth culinary training for the home cook. Although we learn a lot in this course, it does not carry any transferable credit for Culinary School.
