5 course Wine Dinner

Welcome the warm weather with a 5 course meal and wine pairings prepared by Chef Margot Blondet.
Course 1: Empire Estates Dry Riesling paired with shrimp wontons in a spicy passion fruit sauce.
Course 2: The Oddity Royal Tokaji Dry Furmint served with seared Mahi filet in a creamy tarragon and Dijon mustard sauce with fingerling potato coins.
Course 3: Marietta Arme Cabernet Sauvignon to enjoy with grilled dry rub pork ribs on a bed of carrot & cabbage slaw and yuca cakes.
Course 4: Cepa Tempranillo and flambéed Spanish chorizo, red bell peppers, onions and garlic served with grilled bread.
Course 5: Benton Lane Pinot Noir and prune bavarois in an orange sauce.
