1st Course: Tuna Crudo – lime juice, orange, chives, jalapeño, ginger, pink salt, grilled baguette paired with Toxic Brew Uno Mas Lime Lager (5.2%),
2nd Course: Frog Legs – yogurt marinade, pan fried, harissa, mango salsa, fried chickpea dust paired with Toxic Brew Blonde Ale (5.6%)
3rd Course: Beef Tongue Carpaccio – avocado puree, tomatillo salsa, crispy chicharrones, pickled red onion, radish, cilantro micro greens paired with Toxic Brew Porn or Pawn Jalapeño Ale (6.2%)
Palate Cleanser: Cucumber-Lime Sorbet
4th Course: Duck – seared, grilled corn ravioli, thyme Amish butter, chicken demi paired with Toxic Brew Abby XXXX Belgian Quad (11.3)
5th Course: Pound Cake – deep fried, banana ice cream, dark rum dolce, candied walnuts paired with Toxic Brew Hanger 18 Coconut Porter (6.2%)
