Our teen classes are uniquely designed to incorporate individual practice, partner practice and community building practice into each series. Teens learn valuable relaxation techniques such as pranayama (breath work), yang (active) postures flows, yin (passive) posture flows, and restorative posture flows. A great way to give your teen mind, body, spirit connectedness and whole body wellness!
