Prenatal 6 Week Series

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Monday, repeating until December 11, 2017
Pregnancy is a time of tremendous transformation, from the physical growth of your belly and your baby, to the spiritual and dynamic growth of you and your family. Prenatal Yoga addresses the changes you experience by cultivating a deeper relationship with your breath and body. Each week of the series will have a different focus, in order to build a foundation of awareness and connection, thus empowering you to embrace the mother you are meant to be to the baby you carry within you. All stages of pregnancy and yoga experience welcome. Pre-registration is required at least 24hrs prior to the start of series.
Week 1- Breath and Centering
Week 2- Grounding and connecting to roots
Week 3- Creating space,expanding into love- for yourself and baby
Week 4 Connecting with inner strength and resources
Week 5- Letting go of expectations and resistance
Week 6- Trust in the process, faith in your body
