December 9 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm$15
The Holiday Season is right around the corner! Join MUSICA for our second performance of the 2018-2019 Season, Sunday, December 9!
“Heaven and Nature Sing” will be presented on December 9, at 3:00 p.m. at Lutheran Church of our Savior in Oakwood.
Single Tickets are $15. Any donation of $20 or more will be recognized in the program!
Whether your holiday tastes are classical to contemporary, traditional or innovative, Musica’s “Heaven and Nature Sing” has it all: contemporary choral classics such as John Rutter’s “What Sweeter Music” and Morten Lauridsen’s “O Magnum Mysterium” to traditional holiday favorites such as “White Christmas”, “Jingle Bells” and “Still, Still, Still”. As Artistic Director Ginger Minneman explains it: “We will basically be singing some new, and some perennial favorites, including many that people love — such as Biebl’s “Ave Maria” and Abbie Betinis’ “Prayer for Peace”. There will also be some guest musicians — but that’s a holiday surprise for our audience. Music is the best way to experience the holiday season — and one guaranteed to put even the worst Grinch in good spirits. Its the perfect way to begin the holidays.”
You may get your tickets at the door or by calling 937.619.9755.
