What is Community Day? It’s a 1 day a week FREE membership open to everyone.
When. Every Saturday
Why? When we started planning this facility in September 2016, we talked about offering something for the community. Little did we know that many members of the community would provide support, guidance, and participate in helping us plan and build our gym. In fact, this gym would not be here without the help of our Community friends. We know not everyone can fit our membership fees into their budget. We want everyone to have an opportunity to participate in our programs so we invite you to come or come back and train with us every Saturday.
Try Something New- You can learn Self Defense, Box and try Jiu Jitsu. Take one or several classes every Saturday.
How can you help? Know someone that has said that they would love to join MPower but can’t afford it right now? Let them know about Community day. Members bring your friends, family, co-workers, or training buddy to train with you on Saturdays. You can help by tagging your friends or share this post.

9am – Boxing
9am – Sports Performance
10am – Taekwondo
11am – MPower Your Body (Bootcamp)
noon – Jiu Jitsu
noon – 1:30pm – Open Gym on the Turf/Weights
