Gluten Free Cider Dinner with Redhead Ciderhouse

Do you have to avoid gluten but still love to drink? Then this dinner is for you! Join us for an evening featuring a 100% gluten-free cider pairing and dinner features with ciders from Redhead Ciderhouse Hard Cider!

Joshua Raboin, CEO and head brewer of Redhead Ciderhouse will join us as he and Executive Chef Jason talk you through the cider-making process while taking you on a culinary adventure highlighting the flavors of each dish paired with cider.

We are accepting reservations and all courses will be available as a prix fixe for $50 or available a la carte starting at 6pm.

1st Course
Hot Chick Cider: A bold, semi-sweet, spicy hard cider fermented with fresh jalapeños. A fresh pepper nose, semi-sweet front, and a spicy kick in the finish.
Baked Jalapeños: Hollowed out jalapeños stuffed with feta, cream cheese, and diced Fresnos.

2nd Course
Smooth Hoperator: Cascade dry hopped hard cider
Shrimp cocktail with a horseradish cocktail sauce

3rd Course
Red Head Cider: A sweet farmhouse style cider
Spinach salad with cider poached pears, goat cheese, lardons, walnuts.

4th Course
Apple Pie Cider: Hard Apple Pie Cider that actually tastes like Apple Pie.
Colcannon Apple Pie: Chargrilled pork chops sliced like apples in an apple pie walnuts, and bacon all in a wonderful broth, Baked in a almond meal crust, topped with parsnip whip meringue (So its like an apple pie …….sort of).

5th Course:
Blackberry Shandy: Hard Cider fermented with blackberries!
Black plum tart with lemon mascarpone whipped cream
