From apple cider vinegar to kimchi, there are countless ferments that people all over the world try and enjoy.
October 11 at 7PM Join us for an evening of fermentation education on the topic of fermented foods.
Things to be discussed for the night:
Quick and easy ferments (Ginger bug and lacto sodas)
Kombucha/ Kefir
Yogurt (And its cousins)
Kimchi/Sour Kraut
Brining ratios
WHAT IS THAT GROWING IN MY FRIDGE AND WILL IT KILL ME! (Tips on when it’s time to throw out your fermented creations)
