see prices in description

Peace on Fifth hosts the second in a three part chocolate tasting series at the Downtown Dayton Metro Library.

101 class: How to taste chocolate, with pairings.
102 class: How to pick your favorite origin and favorite maker.

Learn:

How/Why chocolate is different maker to maker
Which flavor notes are most typical for certain regions
How makers pull out notes in chocolate
How does cocoa/cacao butter optimize/impede flavor distribution

But wait, there’s more… We will taste nine chocolates= three regions, three makers. This is not a pairing class.

Cost is $32 per person in advance and includes class, tasting materials (tasting guide, chocolate, palate cleanse), and journal.

IF YOU ATTENDED CHOCOLATE 101, cost is $26 per person in advance and you will not receive a new journal, bring your journal with you. Please request a tasting guide if desired.

Cost is $37.50 at the door.
