With 30+ years experience in smoking meats, the Pitmaster’s curiosity into the culinary art has been piqued… by Charcuterie! A select few have tasted the venison summer sausage, brats and smoked salmon…with RAVE REVIEWS! Now, we’re ready to share some tasty smoked and cured treats with our community!
Texas Beef & Cattle Company is inviting you to a decadent winter celebration: Your presence is requested on Tuesday, December 18th, 2018 at Texas Beef & Cattle Company – 1101 West Third Street – Dayton, OH 45402 for heavy hors d’oeuvres – Charcuterie style. Local Beer and Local Texan Beer will be available for purchase, but please bring your own cigars!!
Cost is $25 per person and covers our one-of-a-kind cured and smoked meat hors d’oeuvres buffet.Our local beers will be available for purchase, but regular restaurant menu items will only be available by the pound when reserved in advance.
