The Carroll St. Pat’s Fest, presented by the Carroll High School Alumni Association, Patriot Booster Club and Carrolleer Band Parents, includes two days of gambling, live entertainment and delicious food.
Carroll’s Traditional Irish Fish Fry will be held Friday, March 10, 2017 from 6:00 pm until midnight.
This is a 32-year tradition at Carroll High School for ages 21 and up. Pre-sale tickets for Friday are $15, compared to $18 at the door.
Friday Admission includes Baked & Fried Icelandic Cod; red beans & rice; popcorn; drink tickets for beer, wine, soda, and bottled water; and lots of delicious sides… The Sons O’Blarney Irish Band will be on stage from 8-11 pm. Don’t miss the wide range of silent auction items, 50/50 Pot of Gold raffle, and games of chance, including Blackjack, Showdown, Texas Hold’Em, Irish Mug Slide, Bars & Bells, Chuck-O-Luck, Crazy Ball, Over & Under, and more. The second day of the Carroll St. Pat’s Fest is the March 11th family-friendly St. Patrick Day-themed celebration from noon until midnight. All ages are welcome. On Saturday, there is not an admission price. This will be an indoor festival with something to interest everyone.
Entertainment throughout the day on Saturday includes:

- Magicians and Storytellers
- Carroll student talent
- Carroll Jazz Band & Combo
- Irish Band, Dulahan, from 8:15-11:15 pm.
Don’t miss the silent auction items, photo booth, and other games such as Cake Booth, Fish Bowl Toss, Speed Pitch, Rainbow Booth, Bars & Bells, Ring Toss, Plinko, Face Painting, and more.
Food & Spirits available includes Corned Beef, Irish Stew, Soda Bread, Carnival Food, Funnel Cakes, Yokies, Irish Coffee, Wine, and Craft Beer. Irish food will be available in the cafeteria between 12-2 pm and 5:30-8:30 pm.
The $10 Lad/Lassie Package includes children admission to the Leprechaun Land kiddie area, open from 12-6 pm. Pre-registration is available online. Games include Irish Cake Walk, Leprechaun Bowling, Lucky Duck Pond, Shamrock Pick a Pop, Claddagh Ring Toss, Lucky Charms Tic Tac Toe, Hot Potato Toss, Shamrock Stamps, Celtic Tattoos, Kiss the Blarney Stone, and more.
The gambling area will be open in the auxiliary gym on Saturday from 6 pm until midnight. Don’t miss Blackjack, Showdown, Texas Hold’Em, Left Right Center, Over & Under, Crazy Ball, Irish Mug Slide, and Chuck O’Luck.
