On Wednesday, November 13, Watermark will host a very special dinner – an exciting preview of Chef Maria’s new downtown restaurant, Paradox!
Brian DeMarke of Cutting Edge Selections, will be pouring the wines, and Chef Maria will be helping Chef Maria guide the tour of special selections from the Paradox menu!

Chef Maria has prepared a very special 5-course tasting menu, paired with delightful and eclectic wines from our friends at Cutting Edge Selections.
Ticket includes five (5) courses for dinner, 4 of which are paired with wine.
Tickets are just $75 per-person!

Final ticket purchase price will be all-inclusive, covering food, wine pairings, tax, and gratuity.
