5 Course Wine Dinner

Course 1: Schamsberg Blanc de Blancs paired with scalloped golden potatoes and Parmigiano Reggiano, golden seared U-10 scallop and Meyer lemon and verbena sauce.
Course 2: Salvard Cheverny Sauvignon Blanc served buttercrunch lettuce, Belgian honey goat cheese, red d’Anjou pears, toasted hazelnut and micro basil served with a grilled baguette.
Course 3: Buena Vista Pinot Noir to enjoy with marinated and grilled Spanish octopus, served with kalamata olive sauce and roasted pepper relish.
Course 4: Titus Zinfandel and a grilled filet mignon medallion on a bed of parsnip puree served with black garlic sauce and carmelized pearl onions in port wine.
Course 5: Haute Couture Rose Bubbles and a raspberry mousse served in a tuile with raspberry coulis.
