Today the chefs at Archer’s in Kettering have confirmed a final menu for the CORKS and FORKS Dinner event.
This is a 4 course Food Adventure complete with wine pairings

(Made with 3 cheeses)

(Served with shaved Parmesan and grape tomatoes. We may showcase Archer’s “Cardinal” dressing.)

(Served with a wild mushroom red wine sauce, on a bed of mashed potatoes.
